Q: Why do I need to cancel my Holiday Homes permit?

If your unit is listed as a holiday home but no longer operating as such then the Holiday Homes permit regulations and obligations are no longer applicable and your permit should be cancelled.

Q: Are there any other admin requirements when cancelling my permit?

Any and all outstanding Tourism Dirham fees must be settled.
