If you wish to cancel, reissue, postpone or reschedule the event tickets, submit the "Cancelled or Rescheduled" event form.

Procedure requirements
  • For cancelled events, all tickets must be returned prior to the event closure.
  • For postponed events, the validity of sold tickets may be extended upon approval.
  • Refunds (manager's cheques) will only be released after DET reports demonstrate zero sales for cancelled events.

CANCELLED SHOW

Ticketing Partners must be advised and any hard tickets produced by DTCM must be returned to DTCM offices. DTCM reports must show zero sales for cancelled events before a Manager’s cheque can be released.
