If you wish to cancel, reissue, postpone or reschedule the event tickets, submit the "Cancelled or Rescheduled" event form.

Procedure requirements
- For cancelled events, all tickets must be returned prior to the event closure.
- For postponed events, the validity of sold tickets may be extended upon approval.
- Refunds (manager's cheques) will only be released after DET reports demonstrate zero sales for cancelled events.
